Stop 2 – Barry Island – a traditional seaside resort that is now famed as the home of Gavin and Stacey – you can even go on tour of the sites where this much loved TV series is filmed.
Stop 3 – St Illtud Church & Galilee Chapel - Until 2013 a ruined ‘Galilee Chapel’ stood at the western end of St.Illtud’s Church. Today the ruin has been transformed into an award winning Visitor Centre.
Stop 4 – St Donats Castle & Art Centre – Private tours can be booked to visit this remarkable castle which was once the home of newspaper magnate, William Randolph Hearst and his Hollywood guests.
Stop 5 – Cowbridge – a traditional market town that is filled with independent shops and places to explore such as the Physic Gardens.
Stop 6 – Forage Farmshop and Kitchen – a great farm shop to buy some tasting Welsh produce to take home.
