Most of our ingredients are sourced locally, with many coming directly from Penllyn Estate Farm, alongside carefully selected partners who share our commitment to sustainability. The Farm Shop is a great place to pick up a tasty reminder of your visit to Southern Wales.

Forage is also a great refreshment stop. A range of home made snacks and full meals are always available - groups should book to ensure speedy service. Forage can now also be booked for private, evening bookings, which could be an interesting addition to your tour - close to Cowbridge, the views and food are stunning. Groups up to 80 can be accommodated and you can tailor the menu to suit your group.
