Description
Morlais Castle Golf Club was named after the castle built in 1270 by Gilbert de Clare. Earl of Gloucester and Lord of Glamorgan. There are remains of the castle running along the right hand side of the third fairway and the panoramic views from the top are very special. The club has a first rate indoor practice area and a new three-hole academy short course that’s less demanding and safer for young players. There’s also a clubhouse with restaurant/bar and fully stocked golf shop.
If you’d like to stay nearby you can’t get closer than the club’s recently refurbished self-catering farmhouse, which can accommodate up to six.
