Copthorne Hotel Competition

1. Entrants must be UK residents over 18, not employees (or members of their families) of the Southern Wales consortium, Copthorne Hotel, Cardiff, Cottrell Park Golf Club, Out & About Magazine or anyone else connected with the draw. 2. Entry to the prize draw is free on condition that the entrant orders a free copy of the Southern Wales Travel Planner or CD ROM. 3. All entries to be received between 18 July 2008 and 17 August 2008. 4. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost entries. 5. No correspondence will be entered into. 6. The draw will be made on 18 August 2008. 7. Southern Wales will allocate the individual prize to the winner. 8. The winner will be notified by e-mail and the name of the prize winner will be made available after 18 August 2008 to anyone sending a self-addressed envelope to Mike Evans, Southern Wales Tourism, Innovation Centre, Bridgend Science Park, Bridgend CF31 3NA in an envelope marked “Out & About Magazine Competition”. 9. Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered. 10. Dates are subject to availability at the discretion of Copthorne Hotel, Cardiff and Cottrell Park Golf Club 11. Winner agrees to use his/her name and photography in future publicity. 12. The winner's name will be published on this website and in Out & About Magazine 13. Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 14. Southern Wales retain the right to change the break offered. 15. The break is valid for 2 nights for 2 people over 18, sharing a room at Copthorne Hotel Cardiff on a bed & breakfast basis and includes a round of golf at Cottrell Park Golf Club. Any other charges incurred during the stay must be settled on departure. 16. The break is subject to availability at time of booking and should be used by 30 Novemberber 2008. 17. The prize is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion 18. By participating in the competition entrants are agreeing to receive marketing offers from Copthorne Hotel Cardiff until such time as they unsubscribe. 19. Transport not included.
