Spa Break at Park Plaza Cardiff

1. Entrants must be UK residents over 18, not employees (or members of their families) of the Southern Wales consortium, Park Plaza Hotels or anyone else connected with the draw. 2. Entry to the prize draw is free. 3. All entries to be received by 31 August 2008 4. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost entries. 5. No correspondence will be entered into. 6. The draw will be made on 1st September 2008. 7. Southern Wales will allocate the individual prize to the winner. 8. The winner will be notified by e-mail and the name of the prize winner will be made available after 1st September 2008 to anyone sending a self-addressed envelope to Mike Evans, Southern Wales Tourism, Innovation Centre, Bridgend Science Park, Bridgend CF31 3NA in an envelope marked “Spa Break in Southern Wales”. 9. Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered. 10. Dates are subject to availability at the discretion of the Hotel 11. Winner agrees to use his/her name and photography in future publicity. 12. The winner's name will be published on this website 13. Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 14. Southern Wales retain the right to change the break offered or the contents of the break. 15. The break is valid for 2 people over 18, for one night sharing a twin or double en suite room on a bed and breakfast basis. Also included is an Elemis Deep Tissue Muscle Massage (55 mins) or a Skin Special Facial (55 Mins), full use of pool and gymnasium and the use of towelling robe and slippers during your stay.  16. Any other charges incurred during the stay must be settled on departure. 17. The break is subject to availability and should be used by 31st December 2008. 17. The break is not available on Bank Holiday weekends. 18. Transport not included.
